# Anakai Kai Coaching Mode — Terry Handoff Bundle v2 (2026-06-10)

Updated self-contained snapshot of the Behaviour Graph v0. Supersedes the 2026-06-09 bundle Terry has already received.

## What's new since the 2026-06-09 bundle

- **Response to Terry's gap analysis** — `syncs/2026-06-10-terry-gap-response.md`. Decisions on the six asks; pointer to where scenarios live in the markdown (you hadn't found them; they're in `# validation_scenarios` per chapter).
- **Step enrichment shipped.** Loop steps now carry `kai_intent` (required) + `script_ref` (optional). Ch.1 retrofitted — see `chapters/01-finding-prospects.md` for the 20 step entries.
- **Script variant flag.** Scripts gain `requires_variants` field — default `[kr, jp, ru, vn]` for v0 canon scripts. Native-authored variants ship as a batched workstream after all 7 EN chapters land.
- **Canonical JSON Schema published** — `schema/v1.0.json` (JSON Schema draft 2020-12). Use this directly; you do not need to infer fields from markdown.
- **Python validator script** — `tools/validate-chapter.py`. Run it against any chapter file to confirm conformance. Ch.0 (35 checks) and ch.1 (56 checks) both currently 0 failures.
- **Proper independent adversarial review on ch.0** — `protocols/adversarial-flags-ch.00.md`. The original 2026-06-09 ch.0 review was self-administered (Agent tool unavailable then); a proper controller-orchestrated pass ran 2026-06-10 and found 4 citation-precision flags, all resolved. Ontology + voice + coverage held up clean.

- The source book (we paraphrased; not redistributed).
- MemPalace drawer bodies (they duplicate the chapter markdowns).
- Live MCP access (separate setup if ever needed for live updates).

## What's coming after this

## Open items to know about (also in `guides/terry-handoff.md`)

- **State entry without a loop.** Some states reached only via Kai detecting `entry_criteria`, not via a `transitions_to` edge. State-detection layer needs both paths.
- **Forward references.** `precedes` may target placeholder ids (`L-02-XX`). Resolved retroactively when target chapter lands.
- **Voice discipline.** Knowledge from the source book, voice from us.
